Samenvatting
This paper deals with the results of a study into the demand for and possible barriers to some communication media. Origin-Destination tables for personal business traffic, post traffic and telephone calls were used to calculate polarities (potential generation of interactions) and deterrence functions for each medium. The results clearly show some analogies in the communication pattern of people. These analogies were found for the level of interaction as well as the distribution pattern of the interactions. (A)
