An analysis is made of head-on accidents in Sweden after the change-over to right-hand traffic. The aim was to gain a more complete account of the accident, to study the distribution of personal injuries between drivers and front-seat passengers before and after the change-over and to investigate the means of constructing a system for quantification of different injuries.
