Samenvatting
Concerning traffic accidents in Tokyo, the analysis of their transition derived from traffic accidents data in the past seven years, and the statistical analysis on 9 representative arterial highways in Tokyo based on percentage of accidents for individual route, percentage of accidents for individual section and for accidents types, and direct causes of accidents for individual route, are carried out in this paper. Also, comparison and analysis of the situation of accident occurrence before and after the execution of preventive measures on traffic accident accidents concerning some actual examples at places where the accident occurred often, are carried out.
