Samenvatting
A transportation system consisting of a main station connected with urban mass transportation systems, such as railways, and of a series of stations along the guideways branching off at the main station is dealt with in the paper. Exact analytical expressions for the means of passenger queue length and of passenger waiting time at each station in this transportation system are derived under a mathematical model, which is described.
