During the 1979-80 fiscal year, MTC continued its commitment to provide Ontario with high quality transportation and communication services while efficiently administering both human and financial resources. With that in mind, the Ministry continued to work toward diversification of the transportation system to make it more responsive to the needs of the 1980's.
