Samenvatting
Traffic patrol, and administration and licensing functions of the Road Traffic Authority are described and statistical data on their activities are presented. Road accidents in Western Australia have been reduced to a reasonable level. Unfortunately certain measures to reduce accidents are neither politically nor socially acceptable. Criticism of the Road Traffic Authority has diminished.
