Samenvatting

The research consists of a series of three experiments. The first test is a preliminary study, designed to examine the methodology in a general fashion and to indicate specific areas for further research. The second experiment focuses on the perceptual component and, in particular, on the subjects' ability to integrate continuous perceptual information in real time. The third experiment focuses instead of the motivational component and, in particular, on the subjects' selection of decision criteria.
