Samenvatting
Relationships between objective measures of luminance, luminance uniformity and glare limitation, and the associated subjective appraisals are discussed. The glare mark formula has been tested under practical conditions, and a study of the contributing varables has led to the development of simplified formulae for dry and wet roads.
