Samenvatting
An ongoing research and development project oriented toward providing an analytical framework for broad, policy-level, transportation investment decisions that simultaneously affect a large number of urban regions is described. The urban area models that have been developed are capable of evaluating the economic and external consequences of alternative transportation investments.
