Samenvatting
Reducing worktime means for workers and unemployed people a change of their timebudgets.This expected that this development has some impact on the outdoor activities and the related travel behaviour. Changes in working hours could have some far-reaching effects on urban infrastructure and peak-period traffic. It depends on the kind of solutions chosen for the reduction of worktime. To get a better insight in the effects on the travel pattern the most relevant categories are studied.
