Samenvatting
This report contains information that is going to be used for the prediction of safety effects of the second phase of TOSCA (Test-site-Oriented Scenario Assessment). The report comprises two parts: 1) A preliminary expert assessment of the probable safety effects of the different TOSCA-applications; and 2) General background data that can be used to quantify the qualitative predictions of safety effects. This part contains quantified relationships that can be directly used in predictions of safety effects.
