Motorcycle deaths in New South Wales have risen sharply in 2005, with fatalities to motorcyclists up by 25% relative to the same period in 2004, and an almost 33% increase compared to the average for the period 2002-2005. In just two weeks in early May 2005, 8 motorcyclists died on New South Wales roads. (Author/publisher)
