Samenvatting
The general maintenance plan of operations used in Kansas is introduced. The plan provides for dividing each maintenance district into three or four sub-districts, each headed by a maintenance foreman. Each foreman is charged with the responsibility for maintaining everything owned by the Kansas State Highway Commission within his sub-district.
