Samenvatting

A driving test in once- only. Nevertheless it is not unthinkable that at a certain age one can develop an affection of some kind which might make it difficult to drive a car. One type of handicap that interferes with driving is a reduced visual acuity. The most important conclusion of this research is that people with a lesser visual acuity are not necessarily a bigger danger on the road. They adjust themselves very well to their situation.
