Samenvatting
This report is based on the results of a random sample drawn from the Central Traffic Register, to which organization all verdicts are to be communicated for central recording to 28 of the Road Traffic Act. Results of the data show in all that the various state activities and in particular criminal- and vehicle- law measures have had a stron influence on the development of road traffic, but that their degree of effectivity could be significantly increased by exerting purposeful influence on certain problematic or risky groups.
