Samenvatting
As a result of this activity concerning the study of headlamps their usage, their procedure of aiming the characteristics of signal lights and other diverse problems, they were able to establish a number of recommendations the principles of which bring a very important contribution to the development of the technics concerned and to the establishment of common international standards.
