An automobile traffic control system is described. he system performs the following functions: 1) control traffic flow in order to avoid congestion; 2) offer to driver information for safe driving, to avoid car trouble and accidents; 3} induce detours to prevent pollution; 4) give priority to public and emergency vehicles; and 5) communicate emergency information.
