Samenvatting

This paper described the development of the electronic control system for a fuel-cell/lead-acid-battery hybrid electric car. Wherever possible, commercially available parts were used in order to reduce cost. However it is concluded that if low-cost fuel cells were to become available, the construction of auxiliaries to provide a satisfactory vehicle would not prove difficult.
