Samenvatting
In October 1979 the manual for a systematic approach to the detection and analysis of and the fight against traffic accident concentrations or accident black spots, was introduced (see IRRD abstract no 247057). The methodology of the manual and the usefulness of the manual for the road administrator are discussed.
