Samenvatting
The political discussion of the transport region of Utrecht largely concentrates on the allocation of an expected sum of 600 million guilders, because of the implementation of the National Planning Report (VINEX). The budget has to be spent on high quality public transport. This article focuses on the issue of preferences of travellers (with immediate repercussions on exploitation opportunities) and evaluates different solutions from there on.
