Samenvatting
Since the need for new roads in Catalonia is greater than the finance available from the state, it was decided that some roads, including the Barcelona- La Junquera road, should be constructed and operated as toll roads by private enterprise. A description is given of methods used for calculating construction costs and toll revenues, financing and administrative organization and operation.
