Samenvatting
A safety fence constructed by a reinforced concrete basement and a metal guardrail and a separate concrete block behind the fence is described. In particular the fence can be used on motorways along dangerous sides. If there is a severe impact the basement absorbs the energy and the vehicle will not be thrown back on the motorway.
