Details are given of several types of a safety barrier, consisting of three horizontal rectangular steel tubes, bolted to steel posts and fixed on concrete socles. Three collision tests are described, in which a bus with a dummy driver hits the fence. Details of tests and measurements are given, e.g. figures on stress and deceleration, and damages are ascertained.
