Samenvatting
This thesis aims to achieve a balance between the general and particular perspective on crimes relating to road safety. So, is referred to the field of criminal law protection of road safety and crime not only against the latter. That is to be made clear, referring to criminal political bases for such criminal plot, which among other things is based on the Latin American reality. (Author/publisher)
