Samenvatting
Results from a random sample of California drivers, examining the relationship between accidents, gender and prior accidents or convictions, are reported. Several strategies that attempt to target high- risk drivers for application of the licence control actions are also provided. Material contained in this report is designed to inform traffic safety administrators for developing program and policy decisions.
