Samenvatting
The National Traffic and Transport account has been established to get an overview of costs and benefits of traffic and transport in totality. The account contains quantitaty data, financial data and social aspects. Besides the social costs, in which also external effects as the lack of traffic safety and environmental pollution are included, the social benefits should be placed. In this report the first steps to quantify the social benefits are discussed.
