Samenvatting
With the proposals to introduce price mechanisms for car traffic and to develop instruments which have to improve the substitution of the car by public transport in the commuting traffic, the Netherlands has a different opinion as compared with other countries. The new strategy to countered traffic congestions is discussed in the relationship with the SVV II. The principle of road pricing is approved but there will be a lot of difficulties in the execution of it.
