Samenvatting
With the growth of motor traffic cycling during the last few years has decreased more and more, by the lack of safety, unpleasant cycling conditions, noise nuisance, etc. A number of policy measures which should turn this trend are announced. One of these measures is the realiazation of two demonstration projects in the shape of highly qualified cycling routes. A number of aspects in the field of general techniques, administration and study are presented.
