Samenvatting
A thesis is made on the conduction of scientific research and development and how problems concerning research and development are approached in the Netherlands, Western Germany and Britain and how far these problems have been given an optimal solution in these three countries. On the basis of policy analyses in political science a model is developed to describe and evaluate the government's science policy.
