Information is obtained on questions and concerns relating to the planning, safety and traffic control aspects of night maintenance and construction activities and their advantages and disadvantages. Although there are many potential disadvantages of working at night, it is believed that through the experience and proper planning and special concern for workmen and motorist safety the night alternative is feasible for selected work.
