The report summarises the state of knowledge regarding various benzodiazepines and alcohol and their effects on human performance in experimental studies. Literature published mainly since the mid 80s is surveyed, both reported studies and summary reports. The results are ordered with respect to type of test method, laboratory testing, closed-course car driving, car driving on public roads, and driving simulators. (A)
