Samenvatting
This paper presents a case for substantially reducing the assessment and acceptance procedure for new asphalt recycling systems currently in practice in The Netherlands for Rijkswaterstaat projects. The current procedures adversely affect the use of recycled hot mix asphalt, as a very extensive investigation programme is required.
