The growth of the number of bottle-necks for transport within the inner city asks for an integral approach. From practical experience marginal notes are made on an integral policy that not only covers all traffic categories, but which also puts a relation between the urban activity pattern and the road users. Attention has been paid to commercial traffic within the inner city.
