Samenvatting
Decisions for industrial activities are often made taken into account the different aspects of safety, economics and environment. Such a decision process is f.i. the transport of dangerous materials through tunnels. The prohibition for transport of dangerous materials through tunnels is since 1960 in the traffic regulation. At that time there were only two traffic tunnels. Now while there are more tunnels it is necessary to change the legislation.
