Samenvatting
The most important methods of determining the origin- destination matrix by routinely collected traffic counts are presented first. Then a new method of developing the O.D. matrix step by step is introduced, referring to data that could be obtained with little effort or is already available. Finally a gravity model assures that at least in those cases the O.D. matrix can be deducted, in which the trip generation can be determined out of the data base.
