Samenvatting
Equipments for traffic control have became more and more complex. The monitoring of such equipments and the processing of the collected data is very labour intensive. Systematic maintenance is mostly rare and a preventive maintenance of some parts of the system can not guarantee an immaculate cooperation of all parts of the equipment. Therefore a system has been developed for a central monitoring and management of all traffic control systems in an urban area. The set up of this computerized system is described.
