Samenvatting
Given the results of the National Highway Traffic Safety Administrations bicycle accident research program, specific traffic safety programs will be developed and tested. By 1987, bicycle accident countermeasures should be fully tested and ready. That is a long time to wait. Suggestions are made for improvements to accident data collection methods currently in use and for countermeasure approaches before 1987.
