Samenvatting
A summary reporting of the magnitude of the bicycle/motor vehicle safety problems and ways and means that are being taken to make bicycle/motor vehicle safety a meaningful practice and not merely another academic theoretical conduct, are presented. One of the most urgently needed actions is the establishment of regulations on the drivers of bicycles on roadways.
