Samenvatting
Cycling pupils in public road traffic are a problem, because they have neither the physical nor mental conditions for responsible action. In West Germany a programme of cyclists' training entitled "Bicycle Schools for the Young" has been developed. This programme includes special lessons for fourth- year primary school pupils.
