Samenvatting

TRB’s Transportation Research Record: Journal of the Transportation Research Board, No. 2126 includes 18 papers that explore bond strength of tack coat materials, the fatigue endurance limit of hot-mix asphalt, warm-mix asphalt production process, forensic analysis of reflective cracking on an interstate highway, a surrogate performance indicator for control of thermal cracking, intrinsic healing properties of asphalt binders, and characterizing fatigue of asphalt binders. This issue of the TRR also examines asphalt binder creep and recovery tests, crumb rubber bituminous mixes, fiber-modified bituminous mixes, field performance testing of reclaimed asphalt pavement mixes, performance of polymer modified asphalt mix with reclaimed asphalt pavement, moisture damage in warm-mix asphalt containing moist aggregate, foamed warm-mix asphalt projects, comparison of asphalt rubber and conventional mixture properties, a higher specification for reclaimed asphalt pavement, and warm-mix asphalt additives effects on workability and mechanical properties of reclaimed asphalt pavement.
