A Black Box is an electronic equipment, which belongs to a lorry driver and which registrates in the car a number of data automatically. Such data are a. o. number of the driver, number of the lorry, date, vehicle mile, maximum speed, fuel consumption, driving and rest times, number of the container, driving behaviour. Advantages and disadvantages from the point of view of the trade union are discussed.
