Samenvatting
A study is done to which extent use is made of blood tests in 1968, for the judging and control of traffic offences, in the different parts of the country. The blood alcohol levels are also studied. The blood test was not compulsory at that time. The material studied consisted of all the reports on drivers blood alcohol tests, drawn up in 1968 by the Forensic Laboratory and by the laboratory of the police in Amsterdam.
