This report contains the findings of research performed to develop recommended construction specifications and a construction process control manual for bonded fiber reinforced polymer (FRP) repair and retrofit of concrete structures. The report fully documents the research leading to the construction specifications and the process control manual. Generic quality assurance program checklists, which can be modified for specific projects, are provided in the attached diskette.
