Samenvatting
In 1974 SWOV got the order from the Ministry of Transport to summarize the possibilities for developing a traffic safety program. A global description of traffic safety and an inventory of the present knowledge was presented as the first phase. The second one was to make an extensive analysis of the problem. The third phase aimed to set up a program for further research, time and available money taken into account.
