This report of the Transportation Research Board covers characteristics of bus occupant safety and transit agency programs for reduction of accidents/incidents such as those addressing driver and customer safety, vehicle improvement needs and safety inspections, bus stops and stations, safety management, and state transit agencies and transit operating companies.
