Samenvatting
Since September 1977 five community bus services have been operating in various parts of the Netherlands. They prove to be very successful, especially when compared with the expectations before the experiments started. Patronage of some runs is such that microbuses had to be replaced by small standard buses with regular drivers. In one case it is considered to stop the community bus operation entirely and replace it by a regular regional bus service.
