Samenvatting
The concentration and Deconcentration Simulation Study (CADSS) project deals with the development and application of a disaggregated spatial allocation model. This paper concentrates on an interim situation: the so-called aggregated model CADDS-01. After an introduction, chapter two describes the model as an instrument for spatial planning, based on objectives concerning land use and development. In chapter three the aggregated model is set up in a general way.
