Samenvatting
In 1982 cannabis was detected in the urine of 30 traffic offenders. In 15 cases also a certain amount of blood alcohol content was determined. Road user with cannabis use with or without alcohol had speech problems and had less reaction. Two alcohol- free cannabis users had psychosis. It is therefore useful to expand the spectrum of the test to blood alcohol or medical drugs, also to cannabis.
