Samenvatting
Studies to define the relationships between vehicle travel time, flow and characteristics of roads are presented. The studies conducted are based upon experimental measurements carried out using a method specially developed for dealing with high flow rates, and upon available statistics, in particular concerning continuous traffic counts.
