CAPCAL 2 : model description of roundabouts.

CAPCAL 2 replaces the up till now used version CAPCAL. CAPCAL 2 is used when detailed capacity and delay calculations of intersections and roundabouts are needed on Swedish state roads. This report is about traffic models in CAPCAL 2 method for roundabouts. The calculation method is to a large extent based on TV131, a handbook for manual calculations and the former CAPCAL-version, but revised in details in the following parts: speed depending correction and calculation of delay during oversaturated conditions.
